The Nature Conservancy: Environmentally sensitive reef habitat building and restoration projects. We carefully and strategically collaborated with biologists and ecologists to create a new reef habitat to increase fish population.

Environmentally sensitive reef habitat building and restoration projects. Worked with DNR to build new reefs to protect fish species.

Sault-Locks-on-water-transport-completed

US Army Corps/Brix Corporation

Chartered to move cement trucks, heavy equipment and building material around the Sault Ste. Marie Locks.  Worked closely with Army Corps to assist in logistics and catered to all on-water transportation needs.

Great-Lakes-Dredging-Elk-Rapids-Dredging

Elk Rapids

The City of Elk Rapids hired St. James Marine Co. to dredge out their beautiful but shallow harbor due to low water levels.  Dredging was vital for summer boating and sailing activities and is now navigable and available for large yachts and sailboats.

SS Keewatin

Tug Wendy Anne towed the historical vessel S.S. Keewatin from Saugatuck, Michigan back to its home Port McNicolls, Canada. The vessel is a 1905 luxury steam ship, the only one left like it in the world.
